Joe's Burger in Torgelow

The burgers are very tasty but the fries are quite slack. And you have to look closely at what you get, sometimes there is something different in it than what you ordered.

I have only had two experiences with this burger joint and I will probably not have any more. On the first visit, the service was friendly, but also very stressed. The fries weren't good, the burger ok. The pizza was great and absolutely recommendable. So overall not what you would expect from a burger shop. A little later we had a visitor and wanted to give the restaurant another chance and since there were 5 people we wanted to pre-order by phone and pick up the food so that we don't have to wait so long. The employee simply hung up the first time the order was placed. We still thought it was a technical problem. A short time later I called again, only being able to place half the order, hung up. The next time she called, the lady didn't answer the phone at all and we ordered wherever one still wanted to earn money. Since it is often a bit more stressful there, it was probably too much work for her. Nowadays every restaurant should be happy about customers instead of scaring them off.

The burgers are delicious, the staff is friendly. When ordering, you usually get ordered food faster than announced (within Torgelow). The only thing I don't order are french fries. They are always really tasty, crispy and warm on site. But when it comes to delivering, they usually arrive poorly, which I think is the case with all delivery services. Hence no point deduction.

Friendly service. Fresh burger ingredients. Clean. Many options. Big portion. Normal price. Soft ice creamy creamy. Relaxed sitting outside. Calm environment. After the outdoor swimming visit, a side trip definitely worth it! We are really spoiled in our vacation ;-)
